Materials

The frames, temples, nose pads, temple tips, lenses, and hinges are made of metal or plastic and recycled. The chains, clasps, stems, hooks, sleeper earrings, charms, and findings are made of stainless steel and in new condition, as are the gemstones.

Stainless steel is a material with many advantages! It is very robust and highly resistant to water, corrosion, oxidation, rust, and humidity. It is also hypoallergenic. In reality, the term hypoallergenic means that the composition of the alloy minimizes the risk of allergies. Its protective layer of chromium oxide gives it its stainless steel properties. This steel does not require special care and will not tarnish over time. You can easily wear your stainless steel jewelry to the beach and pool!
They still require regular maintenance to maintain their shine and beauty.💧

Return and exchange

I hope that all the products you purchase from Jovettine Éco-Bijoux give you complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days following receipt of the package (excluding delivery charges) for a refund or exchange. It is also possible to come to my workshop for an exchange or refund. Items must be in their original packaging, have not been worn, and show no signs of wear. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if these conditions are not met. These deadlines are extended for the holiday season. You will have to pay the return shipping costs, which include a bubble envelope and a stamp. Please note that you can reuse my envelope or box. Please note that if the return instructions have not been followed and the item is damaged or lost, I will not be able to process your request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method. Once the refund is processed, it will appear within 3-5 days.

Each jewel captures the light and changes colors depending on their orientation. All pieces are unique and may vary slightly from the photo. Comes with a small reusable natural cotton bag accompanied by a small wipe for caring for your jewelry. $2 will be donated to the INCA foundation from each piece of jewelry sold.
