Return Policy — Jovettine Éco-Bijoux

Each Jovettine piece of jewelry is handmade in Quebec from upcycled materials. Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our creations, we accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Returns accepted:

• Within 14 days of receiving your order
• Item in its original packaging and condition
• Contact us first before returning an item.

🔄 Exchanges:

• Exchanges are not accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of receipt.

❌ Non-returnable items:

• Final sale or promotional items
• Customized or special order items

📦 Return shipping costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend shipping with a tracking number.
