At Jovettine, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We understand that an item might not be a perfect fit, which is why we have simplified our exchange policy.
Because it's important that you love every piece of jewelry you wear, we have made our exchanges as simple as possible.

Take your time to decide.

Try on your favorite pieces at home! You have 30 days to change your mind (14 days for sale items).

How to make a return?
Online request: contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Mail: return shipping costs are at your expense. To be eco-responsible, feel free to reuse my envelope or box! Just make sure the jewelry is clean, unworn, and in its original packaging with your order number.
Workshop Option: to limit our environmental impact, visit me directly at the workshop for a free exchange or refund.

Once your package is received, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. In addition, each piece of jewelry comes with a 60-day warranty against any manufacturing defects: if an issue arises, we will replace it free of charge.

Please note: gift cards are non-refundable but remain valid for your next favorite item.
