Shipping Policy

Express shipping is free on orders of $100 or more . For Canadian residents only. Regular shipping is free, except for certain products, and only for Canada. It is subject to regular postal delivery times. 3 to 20 business days for the province of Quebec. During busier periods (such as the holiday season) or when statutory holidays are included, these delays are longer.

Note that regular delivery does not have I don't have a tracking number, and once the package is shipped, I can no longer track it. If you want to track your package, choose express delivery.

• An express order is assigned a tracking number. The delivery time is 1 to 7 working days.

Orders in stock are shipped within 48 hours and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Your packages are shipped from the workshop in Joliette, Quebec.

P.S.: If you feel like it, you can pick up your package directly from the workshop, it's free.

For express and priority mail, you can track your order online using the tracking number. You will receive an email with your invoice and information allowing you to track your package live on the Canada Post website. www.postescanada.ca . With your tracking number in hand, simply click on the link to find out your delivery date.

Any delivery requiring a signature

If you are not at home when the package is delivered and there is no safe place to leave it, the delivery person will leave a card indicating where you can pick it up.

Please note that my services are closed from December 24th to 25th inclusive, as well as from December 31st to January 1st inclusive, for the holiday break.
