Shipping Policy
Standard delivery is free, with the exception of certain products, and only for Canada. It is subject to regular mail delivery times, which are 3 to 20 business days for the province of Quebec. During busier periods (such as the holiday season) or including public holidays, these delays are longer. Express delivery is free for orders of $100 or more.
Please note that standard delivery does not have a tracking number, and once the package is sent, I can no longer locate it. If you wish to track your package, please choose express delivery.
- An express order comes with a tracking number. The delivery time is 1 to 7 business days.
In-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Your packages are shipped from the workshop in Joliette, Quebec.
For Xpresspost and Priority Mail, you can track your order online using the tracking number. An email will be sent to you with your invoice and information allowing you to track your package live on the Canada Post website: www.canadapost.ca. With your tracking number in hand, simply click on the link to find out your delivery date.
Any delivery requiring a signature
If you are not home when the package is delivered and there is no safe place to leave it, the delivery person will leave a card indicating where you can pick it up.
Please note that my services are closed from December 24 to 25 inclusive, as well as from December 31 to January 1 inclusive, for the holiday break.
